Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, the member firm of Baker McKenzie in Singapore, has promoted nine lawyers as principals and local principals for the new financial year starting today. Local Principals Ashish Chugh from the Dispute Resolution practice, Jaclyn Ho from the Tax & Trade practice, and Abe Sun from the Intellectual Property and Technology ("IP Tech") practice are now promoted as Principals (i.e partner equivalent). Lim Ren Jun also from the IP Tech practice and an existing Principal is promoted to the senior level of Principalship.

There are five new Local Principals (i.e. of counsel equivalent): Leng Harn Szuan from the Tax & Trade practice, Aaron Jones from the Finance & Projects practice, Jens Carle from the Financial Services practice, Alex Toh from the IP Tech practice, and Sharon Foo from the Mergers & Acquisition practice.
