Sharon is a local principal in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in Singapore.

Sharon has significant experience in Singapore and Hong Kong on complex and high-value cross-border multijurisdictional M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures.

Previously, Sharon was an in-house legal counsel with an investment firm with portfolio companies in the financial services sector where she was responsible for providing strategic legal advice to key stakeholders on corporate transactions and general commercial matters, managing and reviewing legal and regulatory risks across the group and its operating entities.
