Malaysia Cyber Security Act 2024 and subsidiary regulations - in force on 26 August 2024

Coming into force on 26 August 2024 together with the principal act, the Regulations sheds more light on the various compliance requirements imposed on a NCII Entity, provides a list of compoundable offences under the CSA and clarifies the type of CSSP who will require a licence.
