HHP Law Firm advises clients on some of the most significant transactions in Asia Pacific. Some of the deals includes the development of Indonesia's first High-Speed Railway (HSR) project that will connect Jakarta and Bandung, which is also the first high-speed rail service in Southeast Asia, and one of the largest infrastructure projects in Indonesia in recent years. HHP Law Firm also acted as the lead counsel for MUFG throughout the acquisition of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, particularly on the final step, which involved complying with the complex Single Presence Policy in banking ownership, in which we advised MUFG on merging Bank Danamon and MUFG's existing subsidiary, PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk (Bank BNP).
