Our Paris office works on some of the most significant transactions in Europe, including SAP’s acquisition of chatbot start-up Recast as part of its €2 billion investment plan to promote innovation in France, and advising leading games publisher Atari on its €7.5 billion capital raising through a private placement. We also acted as lead counsel for France-based pharmaceutical company Servier on its $2.4 billion acquisition of Shire's oncology business, a deal that allowed Servier to establish a commercial presence in the US.

We have signed the UN Women Empowerment Principles that guide businesses on how to empower women in the workplace, and participated in the Women's Forum 2016.
