Virginie Ulmann
Biography
Virginie Ulmann practices mainly in the area of intellectual property law, and has significant experience in drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Ulmann lectures on subjects related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. She worked for the European Commission before joining the Baker McKenzie in 1991.

Ms. Ulmann has extensive experience handling non contentious and contentious matters. Her non-contentious experience includes advising on the protection of - and commercial dealings in - all intellectual property rights. Ms. Ulmann’s contentious practice includes trademarks, domain names, patents and designs disputes as well as unfair competition cases.
