Baker McKenzie has advised FlightSafety International Inc. (FSI), a global provider of aviation training and simulation technology, on its definitive agreement with Acron Technologies to acquire Acron's Commercial Training Solutions (CTS) business, including its Training Systems, Training Services, Aviation Academy, and Driver Training portfolio.
The agreement marks an expansion of FSI’s capabilities in commercial aviation training, complementing its business simulator manufacturing capabilities and global training footprint. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
