Biography
Steven Cotto is an associate in Baker McKenzie's International Commercial and Trade Practice Group, based in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.
Before joining Baker McKenzie, he served as an Attorney-Advisor at US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), where he utilized his experience in customs law to provide technical legal advice on the diverse functions of the Regulations and Rulings Directorate within CBP’s Office of Trade.
