Aeryka Fausett

Aeryka Fausett is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Litigation and Government Enforcement Practice Group, based in the Washington, DC office. Aeryka assists clients with corporate internal investigations, corporate compliance, and broader regulatory risk management. The investigations Aeryka handles are primarily focused on bribery / corruption, sanctions and export controls, fraud, and antitrust violations. She also regularly assists clients with litigation and complex commercial disputes.

While in law school, Aeryka served as an associate on the George Washington University Law Review, and as a Student Attorney for the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic. Aeryka also previously worked as a Legal Analyst at the Obama Foundation.
