Ben Choi
Biography
Ben Choi is an associate in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Palo Alto office, with a focus on advising employers regarding state, federal and global employment laws.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Ben worked at another international law firm in New York, focusing on executive compensation matters in the context of M&A transactions.
Practice Focus
Ben advises major US and multinational employers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, terminations, and leaves of absence. Ben also advises clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and reorganizations.
