Baker McKenzie has advised VINCI Energies on the acquisition of the Zimmer & Hälbig Group, one of Germany's leading providers of technically demanding solutions of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R). The acquisition will enable VINCI Energies to strengthen and complement its business units in Germany, thereby increasing its range of multi-technical solutions for buildings and expanding their offers to its customers.
