Biography
Esther Kapern is an associate working for the Banking & Finance Practice Group in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, she completed the binational LL.B. Programme at the University of Cologne and the Sorbonne University and two LL.M. Degrees in International Trade Law and Treaty Negotiation at the Sorbonne and the University of Aberdeen.
Practice Focus
After working for the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Baker McKenzie, Esther now advises banks, borrowers and investors on all matters of banking and finance law as part of the Banking & Finance Team, especially in relation to national and international financing transactions in the areas of acquisition finance, real estate finance and syndicated lending.
