Baker McKenzie advised a consortium of creditors led by Commerzbank AG and Deutsche Bank AG as co-arrangers on the adjustment of the group financing of Woco Franz Josef Wolf Holding GmbH.

The group financing - consisting of a syndicated loan, promissory note loans and bilateral lines in Germany and abroad - was comprehensively adapted to the changed market conditions. The negotiations on the bank side were led by a steering committee in which Commerzbank AG, Deutsche Bank AG and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg were represented.

Both the Restructuring and Banking & Finance teams of Baker McKenzie regularly advise a large number of German and international financial institutions in complex restructuring mandates and international financing transactions. In addition to ING and SACE, recent clients include AKA, BNPP, Commerzbank, DEKA, Deutsche Bank, DZ Bank, KfW-IPEX, LBBW, MUFG, NordLB, ODDO BHF, SCB and UBS.
