Ryan Oliver
Biography
Ryan is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Practice Group based in Dallas and a registered patent attorney. Ryan works on transactional, prosecution and litigation matters. His transactional experience includes patent portfolio management and coordination of international trademark assignments and recordals. His prosecution experience includes drafting, registering and defending numerous patents and trademarks at the USPTO. He also has patent and trade secret litigation experience. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Ryan worked in mechanical and patent engineering with a focus on telecommunications and consumer electronics.
Practice Focus
Ryan’s practice focuses on brand management, IP litigation, patent prosecution and technology transactions. His experience covers various technical fields such as computer hardware, consumer goods, cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, robotics and telecommunications.
