Baker McKenzie has advised HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (HASI) on a strategic equity partnership with Invenergy supporting a 2.7-gigawatt portfolio of utility-scale solar, solar-plus-storage and wind projects across the United States.

The transaction builds on the longstanding relationship between HASI and Invenergy and supports a portfolio of 10 renewable energy projects across key US power markets in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio and New York. More than 850 MW are currently operating, with the remaining projects expected to come online by the first quarter of 2027. HASI will provide funding to the partnership as projects reach commercial operation, while Invenergy will retain majority ownership and continue to operate the assets.
