Jeanne Song
Biography
Jeanne Song is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Transactional Group in the Firm’s Chicago office. Jeanne has been with the Firm since she first joined as a summer associate in 2018. Jeanne is the Chicago office chair of Baker Asian Legal Network and a member of the Chicago Associates Committee.
Practice Focus
Jeanne advises private-equity funds and multinational companies on global and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and pre- and post-transaction integrations.
