Biography
Emily Johnson is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Practice Group. During law school, she was an extern in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and an intern at Apple as a Baker McKenzie Client Scholar.
Practice Focus
Emily advises clients on various transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and aquisitions, and cross-border transactions and integrations.
