Biography
Claudia Beuter-Brinkmann’s practice covers the full range of intellectual property. She particularly focuses on trademark law. Another emphasis of her practice are legal issues related to licensing and copyright law. Ms. Beuter-Brinkmann advises German and international clients in drafting and concluding research and development agreements, cooperation agreements and technology transfer agreements.

Dr. Beuter-Brinkmann’s practice focuses on trademark law, including the management of large, worldwide trademark portfolios, trademark litigation and trademark enforcement. She also helps German and international clients draft and conclude complex license agreements and represents IT and media/publishing clients on copyright licensing matters as well as all other questions of copyright law, in particular copyright levies and copyright enforcement.
