Biography
Anela Winzig is an associate of Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property Practice Group in Frankfurt since January 2022. Prior to this, she studied at Goethe-University Frankfurt. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, she worked in a national law firm in the area of intellectual property and a specialized IP law firm, both in Frankfurt.
Practice Focus
Anela's practice covers all areas of intellectual property law. Her main focus is on all aspects of trademark and tradename law and unfair competition law, and includes both advice and litigation. She particularly focuses on trademark enforcement.
