Dr. Michael A. Fammler LL.M.

Dr. Fammler focuses his practice on all aspects of trademark and trade name law. He has extensive experience managing large, worldwide trademark portfolios, as well as drafting and negotiation of complex license agreements. Dr. Fammler's practice also covers all aspects related to antitrust and competition law. He also has experience working on IP enforcement and trademark litigation for well-known brand owners.
