Advised multiple leading international media companies on the interpretation and practical implications of the Copyright Directive 2019/790 as well as its implementation in Belgian law, and in particular on the new rules regarding the press publisher's right, the use of protected content by providers of an online content sharing platform, and copyright contract law.

Represented an Italian luxury fashion house, owner of a well-known 2 billion dollar clothing brand, in a trademark infringement action against a clothing company before the Brussels court and assisted in the enforcement of the successfully obtained judgment for, inter alia, corrective measures such as recall from the channels of commerce, disclosure of information, damages, and periodic penalty payments.

Defended and assisted a leading multinational client active in the consumer goods sector in various commercial litigations before the Brussels courts.

Advised multiple international fashion and pharmaceutical clients on the management and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including brand enforcement with the Belgian customs authorities.

Represented the world's largest technology company with respect to a Europe-wide scam that involves exchanging counterfeit tablet computers with authentic devices through its warranty program.
