Biography

Camille Bagnall is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment and Compensation Practice Group in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Camille practiced general litigation at another law firm and served as a law clerk for the Filecoin Foundation, a global organization that facilitates the governance of Filecoin, the world's largest decentralized storage network.

Practice Focus

Camille advises US and international clients on a broad spectrum of cross-border employment matters, including helping them enter into new jurisdictions, managing their existing workforces, wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, terminations, and leaves of absence. Additionally, Camille provides due diligence on employment matters in various cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and reorganizations.
