Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, is advising longstanding client, Unilever, on the sale of its home care businesses in Colombia and Ecuador to Alicorp. The transactions include a portfolio of well-established local brands in both countries, such as Fab, 3D, Aromatel, and Deja. Financial terms are undisclosed, and the transactions are subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
