Baker McKenzie legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier and J.P. Morgan in Sagax' primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 2 billion

AB Sagax (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of B shares of approximately SEK 2 billion where the subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.

Sagax is a property company whose business concept is to invest in commercial properties, primarily in the warehouse and light industry segment. Sagax' property holdings per 31 March 2023 amounted to 3,894,000 square metres, distributed over 749 properties. Sagax is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.

ABG Sundal Collier and J.P. Morgan acted as Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier and J.P. Morgan with an international capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Henric Roth, Johanna Flink and Carl Bohman in Stockholm, as well as Adam Farlow and Charles Farnsworth in London.
