Baker McKenzie assisted Brüggemann, a leading German company in the production of polymers, in the acquisition from Eigenmann & Veronelli of the entire share capital of AuserPolimeri, an Italian company that specializes in the production of grafted polymers.
The Baker McKenzie team that assisted the buyer was led by partners Pietro Bernasconi, head of the Italian M&A practice, and Christian Vocke and included senior associate Federica Longo with the support of associate Margherita Pasi and junior associate Giacomo Lamperti.
