Amanda Kusnierz

Amanda focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters, both domestically and internationally. She works closely with businesses on brand adoption, protection, management, and enforcement strategies across a wide range of industries including fashion, food and beverage, consumer products, entertainment, health and wellness, financial, and technology.

Amanda supports all aspects of a brand, including trademark selection and clearance, advertising, licensing, due diligence, and enforcement to maximize the value of trademark portfolios. She regularly represents clients in both offensive and defense litigation before district courts and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). In addition, Amanda handles domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

Amanda regularly advises clients on copyright matters, including infringement, registration, fair use and Digital Millennium Copyright Act issues. Amanda is a skilled negotiator in letters of consent, co-existence and settlement agreements, online content licenses, privacy policies, terms of use, social media terms, and related contracts.
