Bettina Brauer-Müller is an associate in the Firm’s Frankfurt office and has been a member of the Germany Intellectual Property Practice Group for more than 10 years. Her practice covers the full range of intellectual property with an emphasis on trademark law and unfair competition (advice and litigation).

Ms. Brauer-Müller's practice covers all areas of intellectual property law. Her main focus is on all aspects of trademark and tradename law and unfair competition law, and includes both advice and litigation. She particularly focuses on assisting in the management of worldwide trademark portfolios, as well as trademark enforcement.
