Baker McKenzie acted as lead counsel to BizLink Holding Inc. (TAIEX: 3665) (“BizLink”) on its acquisition of Interplex Datacom, a division of Ennovi, from funds managed by Blackstone Inc. (NYSE: BX) and its affiliates, for an enterprise value of USD850 million, plus up to USD50 million in contingent consideration. More details can be found in the BizLink press release.
