She has advised both listed and non-listed companies on securing regulatory licenses and approvals, facilitating domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives such as business restructuring, joint ventures, and investment expansions or divestments.

• Advised LH Financial Group Public Company Limited and its major shareholders (i.e. Land and Houses Public Company Limited and Quality Houses Public Company Limited) in relation to the private placement of LHFG’s newly issued shares to CTBC Bank Company Limited.
• Advised Islamic Bank of Thailand in relation to the sale of its non-performing financing to an asset management company established by the Ministry of Finance.
• Advised Thai Credit Retail Bank Public Company Limited (TCRB) for shareholders on the sale of 25% of shares in TCRB to Northstar Group, a private equity firm in Southeast Asia, including advising on the regulatory approvals in connection with the new major shareholder of TCRB under the regulations of the Bank of Thailand.
• Advised Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited in relation to the restructuring of its shareholding structure and business integration between Krungsri and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Bangkok branch.
• Advised Thanachart Bank PCL, with regard to its sale of 100% issued and paid-up shares in Thanachart Life Assurance Co., Ltd. to Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) PCL.
• Advised AEON Thana Sinsap Public Company Limited in connection with their sales of assets (Non-Performing Loan) to a purchaser selected through a competitive private auction
• Advised KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited in forming a joint venture with LINE Financial Asia Corporation to conduct retail financing and digital banking business.
• Advised Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited in establishment of Infinitas by Krungthai Co., Ltd. and incorporation into KTB's financial business group.
• Advised JMT Network Services Public Company Limited in the establishment of a joint venture relating to debt collection business and asset management business in Thailand.
• Advised Jay Mart Public Company Limited in relation to a joint venture arrangement in its subsidiary, J Fintech Company Limited, with KB Kookmin Card Co., Ltd., a leading credit card service company in South Korea.
