Michelle D'Souza

Michelle D'Souza is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker Mckenzie's San Francisco office, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Demonstrating her strong interest in business and technology law, Michelle earned a Business Law Certificate and a Law and Technology Certificate while in law school. During law school, Michelle served on the editorial board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, was editorial director of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, and contributed to student organizations focusing on arts and entertainment.
