Fang-Yi Jen

Biography

Fang-Yi's practice encompasses a range of fields including antitrust, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance matters. She focuses her practice in the areas of competition matters including leniency applications, multinational merger control regulations, negotiations with competition authorities, and investigations. She also has considerable experience advising local and foreign corporations in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general commercial transactions and corporate compliance matters.
