Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Embracer Group in its change of listing venue to Nasdaq Stockholm

Nasdaq Stockholm’s Listing Committee has, subject to customary conditions, approved Embracer Group's application for admission to trading of the company’s class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm where the first day of trading is scheduled to 22 December 2022.
