Baker McKenzie advises VAT Group on CHF 450 million term and multicurrency revolving credit facilities agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to VAT Group AG in connection with its new CHF 450,000,000 term and multicurrency revolving credit facilities agreement with UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, coordinator and agent, as well as a syndicate of Swiss and international banks as lenders.

VAT is the world's leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of high-end vacuum valves. VAT employs over 2,500 people worldwide.
