Baker McKenzie legal advisor in connection with the IPO of Cinis Fertilizer

On 21 October 2022, Cinis Fertilizer AB's shares started trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The price in the offering was SEK 29 per share, corresponding to a total market value of the company of approximately SEK 2 billion.

Cinis Fertilizer is a Swedish green tech company aiming to produce the world’s most environmentally friendly mineral fertilizer by recycling industrial waste products.

ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner. Nordea and Pareto Securities, together with ABG Sundal Collier, acted as Joint Bookrunners.
