Biography

Juan Pablo Prócel is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Bogota office. He has five years' experience assisting a diverse roster of local and foreign clients across various sectors on day-to-day labor and social security matters.

Juan Pablo graduated with a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and received his post-graduate degree in employment law from the same university. Also Juan Pablo holds a master's degree in labor law and labor relations from Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.

Practice Focus

Juan Pablo focuses his practice on employment law, specially in best labor practices, contract developments, retirement plans, policy reviews and drafting, compensation schemes, benefit plans and disciplinary processes.

He advises clients across various sectors, specially financial and oil and gas industries.
