Experience as solicitor lawyer for a worldwide portfolio of clients, in diverse employment aspects: workplace regulations, social security system, payroll taxes, occupational regulations, compensation and benefits structures, due diligences (mergers and acquisitions), closure of companies, transactions, expatriates, employment compliance, litigations, constitutional actions and administrative procedures before labor authorities as the Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit (UGPP for its acronyms in Spanish) and the Ministry of Labor.
