Baker McKenzie announced today that transactional lawyer Jenny Liu has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Transactional Practice. Jenny will work from the Firm’s New York and Palo Alto offices. She was a private equity partner at another major law firm.

Jenny’s practice covers a variety of private equity and strategic M&A transactions. She advises private equity firms on the full range of transaction types, including leveraged buyouts, control acquisitions, and minority investments. Recognized by The Deal on its list of “Top Women in Dealmaking,” Jenny represents strategic businesses in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of privately and publicly held businesses across a wide range of industries.
