Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has hired James Wyatt, as a partner in its Energy & Infrastructure team in London, further strengthening the Firm’s global transactional expertise and capabilities.

James joins from K&L Gates. He has experience advising on project development, project finance, construction, and M&A, with a focus on low-carbon and energy transition technologies such as nuclear, wind, solar, hydropower, green hydrogen, CCUS, and battery storage systems.

He advises clients on structuring, financing, joint ventures, governance, and public-private partnerships across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

James joins the Firm on Thursday 12 June and will be based in its London office.
