Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has hired Kevin Heverin as a partner in its Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) team within the Banking and Finance practice group in London, further strengthening the Firm’s global transactional expertise and capabilities. Kevin will also spend time in the Middle East, working with colleagues on opportunities in the region.

Kevin has a wealth of cross-border and cross-sector experience, advising clients on complex restructurings, workouts and debt financings, as well as special situations investments and other transactions in the strategic capital solutions space. He advises a wide range of clients, including debtors, par and secondary investors, creditor groups, sponsors and insolvency practitioners. He has been recognised by The Legal 500 UK and Global Restructuring Review.

He was previously a partner at Allen Overy Shearman Sterling.
