Biography

Jenny Liu is a partner in the Firm's North America Transactional Group, with a focus on private equity, based in our Palo Alto and New York offices. Jenny regularly represents private equity firms and strategic businesses in mergers and acquisitions, and dispositions of privately and publicly held businesses across a wide range of industries, as well as a broad array of commercial issues.
