Baker McKenzie Switzerland, supported by lawyers from Baker McKenzie Germany, advised the shareholders and management team of pom+Group AG (pom+Group) on pom+Group's strategic partnership with White Peaks Capital. Based in Switzerland, pom+Group is a leading consulting and tech-enabled service provider specializing in digitalization and sustainability in the real estate sector.

As part of the transaction, all pom+ partners remain invested in pom+Group and continue to lead the group's management. Founder Peter Staub will remain chairman of the board. The partnership marks White Peaks' first direct equity investment and is expected to accelerate pom+’s growth.

This collaboration will support pom+ in expanding its digital and AI-driven service offerings and pursuing its M&A opportunities beyond Switzerland. The strategy aims to capitalize on trends like the digital transformation of the real estate industry, the sector's role in addressing climate change, and the increasing demand for smart and sustainable living spaces. Looking ahead, pom+ will also focus on driving international expansion, scaling digital solutions, and enhancing its capabilities through strategic acquisition.

The transaction was completed on 17 July 2025. Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised pom+Group`s shareholders and management team on all legal and tax matters related to this deal.
