Baker McKenzie advised Rentokil Initial on the negotiation and signing of a purchase agreement with H.I.G. Capital for the sale of its Workwear business in France, for a gross enterprise value of approximately EUR 410 million. This sale is part of Rentokil Initial's ongoing strategy to focus on its core activities in pest control and hygiene.
