Biography
Paul Nury is a counsel at the Baker McKenzie office in Paris. He joined the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in 2015 and focuses on private M&A and general corporate law.
Paul holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and a joined post-graduate degree in Business Law and in Economics from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne.

Paul focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, complex carve-outs, reorganizations and strategic partnerships.
Paul regularly represents clients in the healthcare/ pharmaceutical, TMT and consumer goods & retail industries.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised the Rentokil group on the sale of its textile business in France to the investment fund HIG for approximately 400 million euros (enterprise value).
- Advised Servier on its strategic acquisition of KER-0193, a clinical-stage asset developed by Kaerus Bioscience for the treatment of Fragile X syndrome.
- Advised the Swedish group Alimak on the acquisition of the French group Tractel from the investment fund Cinvens, for approximately 500 million euros (enterprise value).
- Advised the Swedish group Embracer on the acquisition of the French group Asmodee from the investment fund PAI Partners, for approximately 2.75 billion euros (enterprise value).
- Advised the Crédit Agricole on the joint venture with Worldline to create a major player in merchant services in France.
- Advised various Investors (funds and corporate) on several investment in French startups.
