Roland Sèbe
Biography
Roland Sèbe joined Baker McKenzie in 2021. He is an associate and member of Baker McKenzie’s Employment group in Paris.
Roland previously worked as a trainee lawyer for several law firms and also experienced being an in-house lawyer for several years within the human resources department of Group Suez France.
Practice Focus
Roland focuses his practice on advising French and international clients on issues related to both individual and collective work relationships. He handles day-to-day human resources and employment matters and has, in particular, experience in pre-litigation and litigation matters, restructuring transactions, transfer of business and collective bargaining with employee representatives.
His area of expertise also covers international mobility of employees (i.e., secondment and expatriation).
