Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Embracer in its primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 10.3 billion

Embracer Group has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 10.3 billion at a subscription price of SEK 103,47 per share. The subscription price was determined following negotiations with the investor.

Embracer Group is a parent company of businesses led by entrepreneurs in PC, console, mobile and board games and other related media. The Group has an extensive catalog of over 850 owned or controlled franchises. With its head office based in Karlstad, Sweden, Embracer Group has a global presence through ten operative groups. The Group has 120 internal game development studios and contracted employees in more than 40 countries.

Nordea acted as Global Coordinator and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Embracer with a Capital Markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner and Johanna Flink.
