Baker McKenzie assists idealista in the acquisition of Regold

idealista, the leading real estate portal for technological development in Italy, has acquired Regold, a company operating in the digital services sector for real estate agencies.

Baker McKenzie assisted idealista group with a team coordinated by Partner Pietro Bernasconi and composed of Counsel Anna Marina De Vivo, Associate Luisa Galeotti and Trainee Giacomo Lamperti. Tax aspects were handled by Senior Associate Davide Chiesa and Employment aspects by Associate Noemi Cauzzo.

The transaction was coordinated internally by the Global Head of Legal Andrea Viale and the Senior Legal Counsel Dario Stifano.
