Biography
Stefanie Zenzen is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate Law practice group in the Dusseldorf office with a keen focus on transactional public law. She completed her studies at the University of Cologne and the University of Helsinki and was admitted to the bar in 2025. Before joining Baker McKenzie, she worked inter alia in the European Commission's Directorate-General for Defense Industry and Space.
Practice Focus
Stefanie advises international and national clients on regulatory and public law issues, particularly in connection with transactions and establishment projects. She also regularly advises clients on public procurement law, subsidy and EU state aid law.
