Biography

Eva Massai Warden is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Global Antitrust & Competition Group. She joined the Firm’s Toronto office as an associate in 2013 and is now based in the Firm's London office with the Competition, Trade & Foreign Investment Practice Group.

Practice Focus

Eva’s practice is focused on antitrust/competition as well as foreign investment law. She has broad experience advising clients carrying on business within Europe and the UK and on a multi-jurisdictional basis. She regularly advises clients on merger control, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 proceedings, as well as foreign investment and national security considerations in corporate and commercial transactions.

Eva also advises on a range of other competition law issues, including cartel arrangements, private antitrust litigation and anticompetitive arrangements, and regularly provides day-to-day strategic counsel on various horizontal and vertical trade activities such as pricing practices, selective distribution systems and the creation of joint venture arrangements.
