Stefanie Tuma joined Baker McKenzie Munich in 2001. She studied commercial law at a German university of applied sciences and graduated in January 2010 (Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin). Prior to joining the Firm, Stefanie worked in Glasgow/Scotland as part of her professional education as foreign language correspondent. After which, she then worked for a German law firm as well as a global luxury goods group.

Practice Focus

Stefanie is a member of the Firm's German Corporate Group in the Munich office. She assists clients regarding corporate law and corporate maintenance matters, e.g. formation of limited liability companies, preparation of annual meetings, corporate changes, etc.) and domestic and cross border corporate reorganizations. Furthermore, Stefanie is regularly involved in German and international M&A transactions and compliance investigations.
