Practice Focus
Tereza provides complex legal services mostly to foreign investors in connection with various M&A transactions, in particular disposals and acquisitions realized both by Czech and international private equity investors. Such legal services usually include the structuring and preparation of transactional documentation, legal assistance in connection with negotiating the documentation, closing management and post-closing issues.
Tereza advises on various restructuring projects, including post-acquisition restructurings and intra-group restructurings. She also advises various clients on corporate governance issues within their M&A transactions realized in the Czech Republic, in particular structuring their management in the Czech entities and D&O liabilities under Czech law.
